Investigating: Network and Wi-Fi Outage - Cooperage Building
Updates
The network outage affecting the Cooperage Building has now been fully resolved.
Following repair work and subsequent testing, IT Services has confirmed that network services are operating as expected and connectivity to the Cooperage has been fully restored.
We would like to thank users for their patience while this issue was being investigated and repaired.
A fibre cable fault between the Cooperage and the Enterprise Centre is causing a loss of network and Wi-Fi connectivity in the Cooperage building.
A contractor will investigate the issue on Friday morning to determine the required remediation. Network services are expected to remain unavailable until at least early next week.
Further updates will be provided as information becomes available.
