VirtualApp (Citrix) will be unavailable from 18.00 Monday 8th February to 08.00 Tuesday 9th February.
During this time it will not be possible to access services such as ITS, DMIS, HRIS, Agresso back office and NAS file shares and folders via VirtualApp.
This scheduled downtime is to facilitate an upgrade to Core(HRIS) which goes live on March 2nd.
